Once LG was well known for it’s stylish colorful and curvy style. Of course, everyone then wanted to own an LG Cookie but soon Samsung and other manufacturer made their mark way ahead of LG and life was not so good! LG on Monday launched its latest smartphone in India – the V20. The smartphone has been priced at Rs. 54,999, and will officially become available to buy via Amazon India and will also be available in retail stores from Tuesday.The  smartphone features a dual screen and dual rear camera setup. So here is a sneak peek with LG V20  full phone specification.


The display might be an issue in this variant as L.G. stretched it up a bit making it 5.7 inches which are obviously a bit large and users may find it difficult to fit that up in their pockets. The company also claims  that the LG V20 is built out of AL6013 metal, and is MIL-STD-810G rated for shock (516.6). LG says the smartphone can easily withstand a drop from a height of four feet. The LG V20 has a 5.7-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) IPS Quantum Display and a secondary screen as featured in LG V10.

No doubt the phone with a price tag so high is all buckled up to face the multitasking and has got a 4 GB RAM. It is further paired with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 1.6 GHz Quad Core Processor. It comes with 32 GB internal memory and supports a memory slot expandable to 64 GB. The internal storage was expected to be on a higher side yet it is okay to have a memory slot.


LG never disappoints the camera lovers. On the imaging front, LG V20 sports a 16-megapixel primary rear camera (f/1.8 aperture) with an additional 8-megapixel secondary rear camera (f/2.4 aperture) as well; in front, LG V20 has a 5-megapixel sensor with a 120-degree wide-angle lens and an f/1.9 aperture. The battery is rated at 3200 mAh.

The phone is supported by Android 7.0 Nougat. LG V20 supports a series of sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, proximity sensor, and gyroscope. Connectivity options on the LG V20 include 4G LTE , Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, Infrared, and USB OTG.

The LG V20 will be available  with a free B&O PLAY headset worth Rs. 18,000 and  a free SF coated back cover. The company has also announced an exchange offer to attract the customers  where consumers can exchange their old smartphone. The company is also promising a minimum exchange rate of Rs. 20,000.
